Tire and wheel cover decoding

What tires and wheel cover/ rims came on this car.  The broadcast sheet has the following info:
Line 2:  T-U-W / Tires T87
Line 4:  Wheels/ Road 74, Color TX8, Spare 13
Line 4:  Wheel cover 24
Line 11: W WH/COV / wheels 23

What year / model is the car? Some codes are different from one year to the next & model to model.

8/31 production date.   1971 challenger convertible.

Tires T87 - F70-14 raised white letter -  Polyglass
Road 74 - Styled steel wheels (Magnum 500 type)
Color TX8 - spare wheel paint - Black
Spare 13 - Space Saver Spare
Wheel cover 24 - Trim ring
W23 - Road wheels with trim rings (Magnum 500 style)

OH... who sells the correct rims?? and is it the 6" or the 5.5" wide rim?

I don't think anyone is selling repop Road Wheels  I think repop Chrome (not brushed) trim rings are available along with center caps.   You might check on ebay for original  Road Wheels as they come up from time to time.....   Good luck
