Hadn't even seen the sun for a week, till today
« on: January 24, 2009 - 03:29:06 PM »
I have been in Tacoma Washington for a solid week. It has been fog everyday and all day for a solid week. Now a storm is coming in and the wind is blowing all the fog out and getting rainy and colder. Lucky me!!!  I got a late check out from the motel and started heading for Oakland Ca. I am hoping to be around Salem Oregon tonight.  Tired of wearing carharts :banghead:

Well, I got 3.5 hrs left . were south of redding and shasta lake.  We hit nothing but snow, rain and 29/33 degree temps all morning. My helper is driving and he is a woose. I hate my company for asking me to let these helpers drive more in my truck.  I have 3/4 of a million miles on my trailer behind my p-up. this guy only has a couple thousand miles total.  It would be clear and I see him doing 43 on the interstate.  What a douche bag. Now I look down and were doing 72 in a 55  My patience is thin.  lol.  But I can handle it.  He will get to the motel, I will jump out and then tell him to go find the plant in Oakland in the dark tonight so as to know where he is at tomorrow in the traffic in the morning.  iT SHOULDNT TAKE 2 DAYS TO GO 700 MILES. He'll learn.  But I'm driving to Arizona and Louisiana next week. I couldnt take it any further than this with his driving.
