you wont be unhappy with the mopar deep pan . works just as good as the other aftermarket pans . if you got the chrome one (like any chrome part) just remove or the chrome from the surface that has chrome on it , make sure you DONT overtighten the mounting bolts or it will defanitely leak. people usually turn to the thick heavy aluminum parts for sealing purposes and the fact that the worry for over tightening and createing leaks , food for thought . i have the same pan and love it ! :crazy:

painting or chroming dosnt bother the operation of the trans (ie. make it run hot)
