Does anyone know are the battery cables the same for a 340 T/A engine and a standard 340?

Same part number for the 318 Challengers / Barracudas too.

Most factory cables were min. spec's. Unless you are building a show special upgrade to heavier cables and you will have less current loss in them when starting.

The ones MP sells for the small block fit right. Price isn't too bad either.

8-01-17 CABLE, Positve, Battery to Starter
Motor to Starter Relay
w/ 318 and 340 engine 2983648
