 ??? Can someone help me or send me to a website that explains the differances in paints?

What you are listing is really an evolution of paint systems. As the technology moved along different types of paints systems improved for meeting the needs. Nitrocellulose lacquer was improved to acrylic lacquer, syn-tho enamel improved to acrylic enamel.Urethanes added very strong catalysts to improve durability and so on.
You should be able to google search paint systems to explain it better than I can anyway.

if you're trying to find out what's better, urethane would be my choice, if you want the best, nano,but it must be applied in dust free environment,since you have very small window to sand and polish out any dirt specs,even then it's usually very hard to polish,but if it's for a show trailer queen,urethane will be just fine, nano clear is designed is scratch/chip resistant,solvent,grease repellent as well as wax repellent,
