Seeing that Crane is out of business got me thinking, I have a set of Crane Ductile rockers I'm going to use in my 440 build but I don't know what all it takes to use them. other than the normal rocker shafts and hold down kit do I need any springs or spacers or anything special I better be getting to use them?

I would see if you can get a spare set of adjusters , some had problems in the past
you need to use HD shafts , they are available from a number of places , nothing else is need to use them , they are a great rocker & Are virtually indestructable

Is there a way to ID the HD shafts? the ones I have seem awful heavy to me but I'm not sure what they are.

.60 ID, about .135 wall thickness, that tell anything? I don't have anything to compare with.
