Scored some parts for the Challenger this evening

Today I bought a rebuilt small block 727 with a mild shift kit, and a TCI 141538 converter with about a 1000 miles on it for $350. He said he has about $1500 in the trans and converter. He also had a pair of polished small block Mopar valve covers that he sold me for $12! (all the cash I had on me) I don't know if I should use this converter or not. It's a sizzler converter with a 1700 stall speed. What do you guys think.
