How To Unplug The Harness From The Rear Power Window Control

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to take the harness of off my power window switch in the back seat of my 71 Challenger.  I know this may sound stupid for as long as I've been doing this but I don't want to crack them seeing they are old and getting brittle.  Can anyone tell me the correct way to remove the harness from the back of the switch?  Thanks

Did you get it apart yet?
Just carefully slide it off of the back. Here is a pic of 2 different parts
