Anybody see NCIS last night?

Dunno if it was a rerun or not...

But Gibbs - the main "boss" character - had to return to his home town on an assignment.  Tension with his family - primarily his dad - relaxes momentarily when the father reveals that he's been holding on to one of Gibb's "old projects," a 1971 Dodge Challenger 426 HEMI.

At the end of the episode, the father hands the son the keys.  "Take it," he says as he smiles, "it's just taking up space in the barn."

Yup, saw it last night, and also the first time it was one.  That was one sweet car.  When I had my addition put on and was getting quotes, one guy pulled up in a red 70 conv challenger.  Told my wife as soon as I saw it ... he's got the job!

Lol...  Sorry I didn't even know the show existed until a few months ago.  Dad watches it, I play video games.    I just heard "426 Hemi" and it suddenly had my attention.

I'm a regular watcher of the show and it was on, but I was reading posts here, so I missed the "money shot". I did catch the car at the end of the show. Maybe it will reappear in future episodes.

Was this the same car in the movie "The Bucket List"?

As far as I know its not the same as the one from the bucket list, as both of those cars are still unmodified. The NCIS one has a different hood stripe.
