You have to admire his priorities, 1. Buy Superbird, worry about garage later.
 I for one have a garage with no Superbird in it. :'(

The person might have bought the car years ago, and maybe sacrificing the garage for the house the wife likes so he doesn't have to hear the complaints about the car stuff taking priority. These cars survived all these years in rough climates, with a majority uncared for. So if he has it covered and sitting on pavement with drainage, it will be around for another 40 years. Just my opinion.
