Looks like it except for the lug wrench. What is the date code on the jack assembly? It can be on the body or the end of one of the rivets.

I don't see a date code on the assembly. Just a pat pending number and other pat numbers.
I'll look again

All I see is an A.

Examples of the date codes here;

http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/dateCodes101.shtml

I have seen one from a 1968 car that did not have one.

Back in a sec....

I see the rivet it should be on but its just circles. Could it be correct but not date coded?

Did you see the one with the date stamp on the body vs. the rivet?

Every jack I have seen from 1969-1971 has had a date code.
