What's the deal with these Challenger cards and how do I get soome?

My brother got some at a car show in K.C.  I guess they are like trading cards.  Do you get them at dealers or what?

I've got a few sets of these.  They had them at the Dodge tour last year and the Chicago auto show this year.





Also got this shirt at the Dodge Tour last year, but my mother then ruined it by opening the package.

I bought mine off of ebay...there are three different face cards, tires smoking, car driving at you and airborne. All the other cards are the same though
