The red wire is next to the motor side of the plug I hope that helps.

I have it that way now but it was just an educated guess, now I know for sure. Appreciate very much. Hey do you have to turn on the tach signal in the engine controller for the tach signal to work?

Yes you will need to turn it on if it wont work; some of the boxes are set with it on already some are not. :screwy:
I would have to look up the info for you if you dont have it.
