Fender Bolts

Hello Everybody, I have a dillemma: should I paint or not the front fender bolts?
If I paint them, my under-hood will look great but my fear is that for one reason or another, soon or later the paint will shiver... what is the correct way to do it?

I've always seen them painted.

I also think painted is the way to go. As long as you have everything tight and the bolt heads are prepped right I dont see why the paint would do anything weird. I am in that same area right now. I guess the car was painted with the hood and fenders off the car so after I put them on and align everything I will have to have the guy come back and air brush color and clear on the bolt heads.

Its not a bad boat to be in I must say. I am getting antsy, 2.5 years is a long time to be without my ride.

  I was thinking I would paint the inner fenders with the outers off, then install the outers (bolts loose) and mask off the engine compartment and spray bolts and all at the same time.
