dana 60 pinion snubber stands
« on: April 03, 2009 - 06:55:00 PM »
Hey gang. If you happen to build a truck dana for your ebody and have no snubber.  Doc Differential makes the snubber stands to be welded onto your housing now.  This is really helpful. Cost was 58.00 including shipping.

He uses a solid round steel tube stock around 5/8ths, taps and threads the correct bolt thread size and cuts them on the propper angle to be welded onto the center section.  This is really going to help me launch a bit better now   I can't wait to return back home from out of the country to get them welded on and install my 410's. I'm tired of 354's with a tall tire.  I want that extra 1/10th :roflsmiley:

Very interesting, could make a "cheap" Dana now.

The goal never changes - Stop the 60' timer with your back tires

Here's what I got.  When I pull the dana out next week to install 410's, I will get the stands welded on. They will be mig welded on since the housing is cast steel.

What a neat deal.  That Cass has it all covered.

I talk to him every yaer at the Mopar Nats. In his vendor space, he has his stuff lined up by the walkway and has a lawn chair and umbrella. No tent or tables. He usually sells out of the relocation kits by Saturday too.
