I had a chance to go look at the challengers for sale and thought i would share what i found out.  The vert is  mostly complete minus some interior peices,  the pans and trunk are gone but the rails are still good.  I dont think it needs complete quarters, patch panels may work.  until it is stripped you cant know for sure.  It has its original 318, the dash vin, cowl, and rad support all match.  the owner is in the process of getting a title right now.  This car is a perfect candidate for a clone.  As you can see by the pics, it will need a total resto.
The R/T S/E is not at the same location right now.  The owner is going to check it out when can but he believes the vin is missing. I saw a flat hood at his house that has the same faded green paint as on the the car, so if its original, it isnt an R/T, just an SE.  Once i find out for sure i will post.  The blue R/T in the pics is an original 383 4 speed car and looks like b5 was the original color.  As it sits it is mostly a rotted shell.  It fixable but will most likly need a doner car.  It need all the pans, quarters, doors and fenders.  the vin and the cowl match but it has no title.  The owner thinks he will be able to get one.
I am trying to work out a deal on some of the cars right now but wont know for sure.  If you have any questions let me know. -JB
