727 trans leak by rear mount

I replaced the seal twice now, that is located above the trans mount.  This is the seal that is on the bottom of the tailshaft that is held in place with a flat metal bar and 2 phillips screws.  Any ideas or fixes or special type of seal.  I hate leaks!!!

It should not leak if you have replaced the gasket. You could try some silicone by itself without the gasket.
