E-Body Brakes on B-Body?
« on: April 08, 2009 - 07:12:22 PM »

Will E-body (71 'Cuda) factory disc brakes (front and/or rear) fit a 2nd Gen Charger?
Will they ave the same bolt pattern and hubs?

Thanks

Hi Neil, I sold the Cuda and had to cut a deal on the spot so most of the parts had to go with it, including the spindles. I can just go buy some Cuda spindles and out them on the Charger, right? I found these on eBay, not sure how good they are but they do look decent. Any input is appreciated.

They don't say if they are big bearing or small bearing, nor what size rotor the brackets are for.

I've got a set of stock, big bearing spindles with the stock 11.75 silder style caliper adapters. You can have them for $150 plus shipping. Granted they aren't as shiny as those, but they are good factory forgings. Drop me a note if your interested. highplains@comcast.net

Thanks TC, I just got an email from Dr Diff about another order so will check what he has first. If he hasn't got anything (he made my original Cuda disc brake kit) but if he hasn't I'll definitely hit you up for those spindles. Thanks a heap.
