repairing plastic headlight lense
« on: April 26, 2009 - 07:59:45 AM »
I got whacked by a piece of metal kicked up on the highway which cut into my bumper and gouged the headlight lense cover of my bmw roadster. all the repairs have been done except the lense cover which is a $500.00 proposition to replace. I know there are kits to polish out your covers, but is there a kit to fill a deep gouge before you polish everything out?
thx

Just an idea... how about one of the DIY windshield repair products.

Permatex, Locktite available at parts stores.
