Seat Belt bolt help

Ok, I know this has been covered before and I did a search but still not sure about Challenger 70 only belts and bolts.  Well, I actually have the belts but need the shoulder bolts and retractor bolts.  Which ones (C10,11,12) do I need and where can I get them?  Thanks for any help.
