disk brake conversion

I did a quick search and couldn't find the answer I was looking for. Will the 73 a-body disk brakes with the large bolt pattern bolt onto a 68 barracuda? (complete swap spindles and all)

I am not sure about the ball joint size being the same , if it lists the same ball joints upper & lower for that yaer I see no problem

Thanks, I looked and the ball joint numbers are different. What about the lowers and the tie rod ends?

tie rods should be the saem , is the lower ball joint the same part # , if not I would bet th elater ball joint will bolt up

You will need the upper control arms, as already pointed out, because of the larger ball joint. I'm not sure what size drums the '68's had, I know that a lot of the 9" drum cars were equipped with smaller lower ball joints as well. If thats the case, you'll also need the later lower ball joints and the bolts to go with them. The geometry was the same, so the lowers will just bolt up to the tie rods, but the later model one's had larger ball joints and used 1/2" instead of 7/16" bolts.
