Is this right??? What should I do?? ** PHOTOS ADDED***

Next situation... I'm replacing the UCA bushings while I'm redoing the front brakes and the when I removed the driver side UCA the rear bushing is not fully seated in the UCA, it is about 3/8" or so from being pressed in fully. It that right?? When I did my B body last year I pressed them in fully til they stopped.  Could the UCA arm be bent?
If I have the bushing pressed in fully it will not fit in the adjusting brackets....
Should I have the bushings pressed in fully and then try to have the UCA arm bent to fit??? The UCA on the pass side had the rear bushing loose in the arm. It just slipped out without having to press it out.

 Sounds like something is worn, or improper parts match maybe.

 Do you have a picture of the arm pivots on the car?

Sounds bent on one side and damaged/stretched on the other. I would be looking for 2 new arms.

    they have to be pushed in all the way... I personally would not straighten the uca but replace em

 Have you considered the tubular a-arms?  I heard they are way better at keeping the alignment correct instead of flexing in hard corners. Also more Caster options.

That what I did when my ball joint ripped out of the socket (maybe that 75 mph slide going in to a freeway U turn "police only" cut out did it, lol).

Was like dam, I never find a good control arm fast, look at Summit racing and got the SPC Performance arm, believed this one..I order both Chryslers they had in stock and kept the one the fitted the best...its so nice, you can adjust it by turning the rods with both wheels on the ground, has grease fittings on the ends too...did say race only, no street but heck look at the new corvettes.

I've got a pair of stock UCA's too if you want them. They'd need new bushings and ball joints, but they look fine otherwise.

Thanks guys for the offers for UCAs. My engine guy Jim Kilpatrick, Waukasha,WI had a pair so I went over there Friday and pulled them off and installed my new bushings and ball joints. All is good now and I assembeled most of the disc kit over the weekend. Only the booster, MC rear line and bleeding left to do!
