Sometimes the fit is better, some times you are just paying for the name

I am not sure if there is a difference in quality with the frame rails. Has anyone out there installed both sets? My experience with all the aftermarket parts is that they all might require some fitting when being installed. I bought a trunk lid from AMD and had to massage it to fit better. I also bought a set of Sherman fenders for my cuda and had to work with them to fit. I can say that the parts ended up working out great in the end. I guess what I am saying is that all these parts require some work, but it sure beats working on rust. I believe that the difference is a matter of personal preference.

I have been told by a few people that a company in Taiwon made all the sheetmetal and AMD and Goodmark etc. just repackaged it with their logo etc.

Actually most steel is made in tiawan and some in Canada(considered American made)
Amd uses a thicker steel(more correct) and the panels are closer to original in most cases
