I've been pulled over 3 times, no tickets.

I was going probably 32 in a 25, no one on the street in town at about midnight, I wanted to get home.  He must not have had anything to do.  About a month after I got my license.  I was scared at the time.

Single headlight in the old Chrysler 5th ave.

Driving over the "fog line" a city cop followed me outside the city limits and pulled me over.  He told me it was illegal to drive over that line  (I had no idea what the fog line was at the time, he thought I was drunk) He asked me if I had anything to drink.  I said yeah, orange juice.  He didnt think that was very funny.  The road is smoother over there, so I drive a little over the line.  No big deal.  Again, about midnight.  For some reason all three times were at night.

I give up. What exactly is a Fog Line?

A fog line is the white line along the right edge of the road.  It's often painted with reflective paint and is helpful to guide a driver in heavy fog at night.

This trailer is over the fog line.

I seem to harassed monthly still even after all these years  :pullinghair:

I hear ya there. Never pulled over in my PU, Voyager or even the Daytona Iroc, but drive the Hotrod and they always find some bogus reason.  :grinyes:

Was about 10 years ago, doing at least 85 in a 40 zone....  :misbehaving:

Tom, I think you know Storrow Drive outbound.  Sunday morning at 7:30am.  Whoda figure any police would be out.  Was on Storrow Drive outbound, literally 2 cars there, me and a taxi in the left lane.  I was in my little ricer Integra with modified suspension/exhaust(very tight on the curves, easy to go fast).

I went to pass him on the right (A no-no  :grinno: ) and this was the long stretch by Boston University.  Police was in the break down lane and flagged me down.

Said I was illegally passing someone in the right lane and doing 65 in a 40mph zone.  I just said "Thank You" and went on my merry way since I was doing at least 85mph passing that taxi...  :roflsmiley:

I got clocked doing 44 in a 30 in our Nissan Altima. I was trying to get to my wife's Chiropractor before they closed for lunch to get her records. I turned right off one street into a 4 lane street. There was an old lady turning in front of me, going very slowly. I sped up to pass because I needed in her lane and there was a stop sign 3 block up. Well there was another old lady in front of her going fairly slow too (25) so I went to pass her too and that's when the cop clocked me.

He asked why I was going so fast and I told him I was just passing those slow old ladies before I got to the stop sign. Even though I have a CDL that jackass still gave me a ticket. I see people running red lights and doing really stupid stuff like cutting people in town and I get a ticket for trying to pass a slow old lady!

Worst part is I have a CDL so I can't take it off. I just had to pay it and go on.

I got a 12 over a few weeks ago.

I currently have 17 point deduictions on my license.  I have ONE point left.  Again.
Guess I have one year worth of driving the speed limit.

I have had over 50 speeding tickets since I first got my permit in 1991.

On my first day of driving, Sunday morning, Mom,Brother, and Sister in the car going to church.  First drive on my permit.  Got pulled over for 2.5 miles over the speed limit.  Got a ticket.

Since then, I have had no other traffic violations and no other crimes to speak of.  I seem to rack up about 17 points every two years and have to drive nice for a year to get some of my points back.

I have been through every road course class that Colorado has to offer.  Even a beginners racing course required by the law.

My insurance has never once gone up because of a speeding ticket.  As long as you don't call your insurance and tell them you shouldn't ever have a problem with your insurance going up.

My worst ticket, should have been a 60 over on my street bike but the state patrolman actually let me off with a 15 over.  Don't know why, he just did.

Hi, my name is JOSH, and I have a serious problem with my addiction to speed.
Can someone help me??    The state says I need help.
