Fuel pump

What should I go with, electric fuel pump or mecahnical?

Unless you have some kind of crazy setup, the Hi-Volume mechanical should work well for you. Mine is a Carter, but I still had to use a regulator as it put out more pressure than advertised. I just suggest this, so you don't have to make any unnecessary wiring mods for the electric pump.

if you decide to go electric use the Mallory 110 , they are very quiet unlike anything else I have found

I had to go with electrical because of the engine modifications - going from a chain cam drive to a gear drive. The gear drive blocked the mechanical pump. On the bright side, there's less stuff attached to the engine.

The electric pump is a fair amount of work to install and wire, and you'll also need to install a relay for it and an oil pressure cutoff switch.
