I had a MRI. What I have is about the same as you. I just keep repinching the nerve that goes down the back of my leg.And it's just not getting any better. Ouch. So, I'm hoping this will help or I will prolly have to have surgery. The Doc hasn't given me any excerises or stretches, yet. But if it will help, I'll try anything at this point. Thanks.
