rear seat belts

Can roll-up eatbelts be installed in the rear side seats? or do all 3 need to be non-rollup style?

I have not seen roll-up seat belts for the rear seat before.  However it would be a nice option, and should be doable.  You would need to add some type of holder (I think) to keep the belts from retracting all the way back into the seat though.
