sue a company with no assets thats in bankrutcy and will soon be gone completely?

Hopefully, they will sue what's left of Chrysler, if not bring them up on criminal charges for theft and conspiracy. This just proves again that "free" enterprise is only for the scum at the top with the power and hidden assets.

Sidenote: I bet someone at Chrysler asked Lee Iacocca for help and if he responded at all, it was something like "I saved it once, and YOU put it back in the toilet....YOU fix it". (Just an opinion) 

I read where they wanted to spend over $100,000,000 (YES, one hundred million) on advertising during the bankruptcy hearings. Ummmmmm, you're losing money, WHY? DUH. DUH. DUH.

That letter was reported on several Fox News shows last week.  Don't know if it was anywhere else cuz I don't watch anywhere else.  Unfortunately it is true lock, stock and barrel!  Heard there is a class action suit in the works from some of these guys.

I wonder what the Liberal press would be doing right now if it was GWB that cherry picked which dealers to close and axed only the ones who supported Obama.  Thier silence about this is deafening.
