Aarcudaden's Dart Sport Before and After
« on: June 11, 2009 - 10:47:31 PM »
Here is my cousin's Dart Sport. It was damaged in a storm here last summer. We decided it would look better pink. The color is actually a little darker in person. I think it turned out really nice.  :clapping: What do you guys think?

I like them both also. I'll bet you can see that pink coming from a mile away. Nice work.

:iagree:  I thought that I liked the before version better until i saw the pink version.  It looks meaner with the stripes and the pink color really catches your eye.  Nicely done IMO.

Yeah, I thought it looked just fine in the first pic but have to admit it did pop with the upgrades. Nice ride.

 Looks great for sure, personally I'd not have put the vinyl roof back on it however. Don't get me wrong it looks fine but I think the vinyl roof just a little "formal" for a street/muscle car. What drive train is in that sweetie?  :2thumbs:

340/4 speed, We only have the original 8 1/4 right now, were looking for an 8 3/4 for it.

That was the problem with the green, it was to much. Nothing to break it up. With the skinny rallies, if you fallowed the car down the road it looked like it was squeezing its but cheeks together. Like a bad case of PC's

Yep, not much room in those rear wheel wells, and in my case with the 71 tubbing is out of the question. The car is totally original rust free sheetmental, not touching that aspect of the build, just puttin a lil 440 dual quad in front with some other drive train upgrades. This question really turns this into a hi-jack, but can anyone tell me what is the biggest rim/tire combo you can safely put under the stock rear fenders of the Dart?

Whitesatain i have p275 60r15 cooper cobras mounted on 15x8 inch Jegs sport lite wheels w/1inch backspacing. IN your case with a 71 i dont think you have much room for error  ;D Hopefully this helps
