My frient uses a dual friction type disk behind his borg and beck stype pressure plate. It just means that the clutch disk had 2 types of friction material of the contact area of the disk. It looked like aternating pads one after the other on each side of the disk.  So I'm assuming your disk will have a mixture of Kevlar and ceramic style pucks making up the friction material.
