Is this black hood stripe OEM??

Is the black out on this hood an OEM decal, paint, or non-OEM?
IF it's an OEM decal, who would be a recommended supplier?

Yes it is an OEM vinyl decal. ChallengerGary makes them.

Actually, I d not offer that one.  My plotter is too small and the one I bought to be able to do them ended up DOA...

Me too.  I think it looks much better painted on.  We also wrapped it all the way around to get the raised areas that extend down the sides of the louvers at the back of the hood

For paint color, do you suggest semi-gloss or gloss??

semi gloss or flat depending on the look you want , not gloss

Do you have a template or some measurements that you used to lay out this black-out area?

I am wanting to paint mine on, but we are struggling with how to dimension it.

No template.  My buddy just eye-balled it as he laid down a strip of 1/4" tape, keeping it just inside the curved edge where it flattens out.  It's not something I could ever do because of the shakes, but it looks great.  I never even considered a decal.

We didn't use a template either, just laid it out where we thought it looked good.
