Testing a torque converter
« on: July 20, 2009 - 08:28:19 PM »
If I was to take my TQ out, could I take it to a trans shop and is there anyway for them to test, maybe pressure test, the TQ for cracks or leaks?

Most places are able to pressure test it, but you should be able to see a crack on the snout or weld at the snout. Most crack there
