ok, so how about this idea
... since we all can trust one another ... if we could get a BIG group of CC members together, e.g. 200 people and, based on $40K price, we could each give $200, pool our $ together and buy a new 394 Hemi Challenger! Take turns driving it...a set amount of time for each person, say one week, 2 weeks, etc. based on the geography of where all the members lived, the shared vehicle would start out on the west or east coast and after the predetermined amount of fun driving, drop off the vehicle to the next person's home that was in line, etc. etc. the car would make its way across the US and then could be sold or kept...maybe we could get some of the $200 back, maybe not, but even if we lost it all, its only $200...would that be worth a week or two of driving a 394? I doubt if you could rent one for as cheap....
