    Need scan of broadcast sheet

       I found a broadcast sheet for my 70 Gran Coupe BP23N0B111932 in the back of the passenger front seat. However, it was folded twice and apparently got wet. I can still make out most of the options but a few are difficult. Could someone email me a scan of a clear broadcast sheet so I can try to fill the missing fields?     I have a scanned copy of my Challenger Broadcast sheet.  Would the boxes all be the same?  If so, I'll send it to you.  I have no worries because it is a 73 318 auto and no one will be interested in cloning it.
