That BMX double front flip was incredible, he should have won IMO.

Think Pastrami on the dirt bike will survive the night?

Love the sport. Much respect to those who dare to ride without sanity.
Those are some wicked brave moves.
I rode BMX, the 1/2 pipe, flatland and street many years ago- before full safety was vogue. One things for sure, if you fall, you need to get right back up and do it again.
Learning to fall correctly was probably the most important part of riding.

I loved riding, and wish I could do it again. ( way to risky and way too smart these dats)
Anyone else here ever ride?
I still have my bikes...

:iagree: He should have one with the double front flip :scared:
Pastrana is good, he just bit it on the first run. I think he will make it.

What all bikes you have Dan, I miss mine. Sold them when I got my liscense. I had a Gt Pro Performer, and a Redline. I was really never that good. I had balance issues :roflsmiley:. I used to try anything on them though

I'm old school for sure.
I rode a highly customized 88 Haro team sport for flatland when I was in college in Ohio, that bike was stolen, and replaced with a 90 custom team sport. I also rode a Dyno, but never got used to it.
I rode a redline, a GT Mach one, a Raleigh, and even a mongoose.
Now I own the 90 haro- the bike is still mint, I have a different redline, a haro jr MTB bike, still have the GT Mach one, a few mtb bikes, and a chopper bike I am slowly building...
I'm a little bit obsessive about it..
I'll try to link you to some pics.

I miss those days... I rode for hours at a time..
Rode on handlebars, walls...fell off ramps from 6 feet up and walked it off...
Those were the days..

I never rode on the handle bars, I am a little heavy for that. That is where my balance issue comes in to play. :faint: Now falling off big jumps, I have did that a bunch. I would jump pretty much anything, and it did hurt a lot less then. I will see if I can dig up some old pictures of my GT it was chrome w/3piece crank, and IIRC Apk48 spoke wheels, had the foot print tires. I cracked the frame on my first GT, it was the blue performer. Loved that bike, even better than the chrome. They replace the blue one, but i added money and upgraded.
I had one Mongoose, but it was about half wore out. I traded it off for the wheels on my GT if I remember right. My buddy still has my GT, hangs on his wall. I tried to get him to sell it back, but he wont. He still rides it, which is cool. I wanted to give save it for my new born nephew. I have a mongoose mountain bike now, amazing how cheap they have gotten :puke:. Had to replace the wheels, derailer. Junk now days

I rode dirt bikes so obviously like watching those guys the best but give kudos to any of the guys and girls who do that type of stuff. They all have to have a lot of skill, big wabos and maybe a little crazy!

Travis does rule, that guy is amazing on a bike. I ride dirt bikes to, we only go a couple times a year now days. Everybody is to busy to go. A buddy and I went in on a left over 03 KX 250, and neither of us ride the thing. We only have like 20 hours on it so far. Have a couple older CR 250's also 96 and a 93, along with a Honda 200X, and the mighty 110. I like the CR's myself :grinyes:
