Exterior Door Handle Replacement

Are the exterior door handles easily enuf replaced on a 70 Cuda?  I've never seen the interior of the door with the door panels removed so I don't know what access is like.  Any info. would be appreciated...thanks

There is just one nut holding the handle on. There is a hole in the inner door to access it. The hardest part is getting the linkage for the lock and door handle clipped back in place afterwards. It's not that difficult if you have long fingers.

  also when reinstalling keep the window up and have a good drop light to reinstall the rods

Make sure you get the correct handles if you are replacing them.  Cuda and Challenger handles are different.  Cudas are slightly convex in shape and the Challengers are concave.  Mopar ones are supposed to be a universal replacement but they look like Cuda ones to me.  If you put Cuda handles on a Challenger, there will be a large gap between the handle and the door.
