I thought so, but the splices threw me.
I'm waiting to shorten a crush can about 2" before I put the cap back on. I'm afraid it'll break taking it off. How do you get it off without breaking, pry something flat deep inside to pop it?

well, bought a used crush can from stroker a couple weeks ago, cut 2 inches out of the accordion, weld, grind, a little putty to fill the low spots, primer and trim paint, and looks brand new, but fits my arms so much better....but NOW THE SIGNAL LEVER is too close. Why didnt I anticipate that?
I tried somewhat gently to bend it back, but it wont bend, at least not before probably breaking.
Anyone solve this problem?

Maybe cut it an inch shorter? and add the end cap back on? How does that signal lever endcap remove? Is it glued on?

Thanks.

Maybe you could heat it up and bend it?

Tom

Not sure what kind of metal it is though could be cast so be careful.
