Two Different Challengers (70 & 71)
« on: August 30, 2009 - 04:51:22 PM »
I know the market's off, but I'm looking for opinions.

First car is mine. It's the purple 70 Challenger in my sig pic. REAL FC7 70 R/T 440-4bbl, 4-speed, 4.10 Dana (Super Track Pack). It was restored by previous owner in the late 80's and it's starting to show. Paint has a few minor bubbling areas and needs a patch between the driver's door and wheel opening. Non-matching drivetrain, but get in, turn the key and go. Fender tag AND b-cast sheet. Interior was redone, but is starting to show some wear. Had body color wheels and E-60's from factory. I haven't seen many like that.

Second car is a friend's. 71 R/T 383 4bbl, auto, real SHAKER car. Go-Mango with black buckets, blah, blah. He is 2nd owner. No rust/rot, could use a repaint, but another nice cruiser as-is.

My descriptions could be better, but...?
My name is Steve and I'm addicted to Challengers...

You both obviously have desirable cars. Could you provide us pics? I would hate to offend you by just guessing at this point, but I'll trade my '70 for either of yours.
