Another dumb question about installing torsion bars

Sorry to beat this to death, but i don't want to get everything installed and bolted on tight and then find out i didn't do the install on the torsion bars correctly.
When i installed the bars the lower control arms were hanging down as far as they could freely. They were not connected to the spindle or ball joint. So with the torsion bar installed in, and everything hooked up, will this try to lift the front of the car more? should i have installed the torsion bar with the lower control arm in a more nuetral position?

You did it absolutly correctly , you need to have the arms hanging as low as possible to get the bars in correctly
