You bring up a great point, you must never have been a sailor. Actually the floor isn't the lowest part of a ship, there are typically bilges under the floor plates.

Ahhh.  I see now. 

Nope, never a sailor.  I tried to get in the marines, but they wouldn't take me.   Apparently, they only send those who are 100% healthy off to war.

Yep Freon will do it too if burnt, even when outside, when I'm brazing the lines if the heat expands any leftover gas in the line it turns into some toxic stuff, one wiff & it feels like your lungs just closed up. Clear out catch your breath & be glad you werent in a confined space.  :eek4: Rich.
