    Tie Rod Removal

    Trying to replace the inner and outer tie rod ends and before i totally beat the hell out of them with a hammer can someone tell if there is a tool or trick to knocking them out from the arm?

    AutoZone rents a tool for those who dont have it.   Tie rod fork  manual with hammer or air impact gone type.  Also there is a tool that will push it right off.  Wade Bullit99 has a whole kit. It is like 90 bucks or so, but it has all the good front end pullers in it

    the hammer works all the time you got to hit on the side where the tie rod gos in not on the tie rod it self ,good luck
