Thanks Don! With the 440 your building you certainly have the basis for a bad machine! You asked me a while back in the chatroom why I was sticking with a small block so I hope this answers your question.

Heres a couple of pics! One more inch and there would be daylight under the front left tire!! If I can knock off one more tenth of 60ft time I think they will be hangin out to dry! ;D And yes you do see it correctly... My dumbass is running lower 11s with no helmet on. :screwy: I knew it was going to be an easy day when the tech guy ask me only one question and didnt even check over the car! The track was rented out by a local car club so the rules werent enforced. :nono:
By the looks of that second pic that right front tire almost looks like its tippy toeing on the track  your Cuda looks sweet man

R/T, Thanks alot for uploading those pics!!

 No problem man

BTW how did you get those? Thought I had to pay for those.

There's ways around everything if you poke and prod long enough :grinyes:
Certain sites dont let you right click and save a pic, (flickr etc....) so that pissed me off  :swear:
It's really pretty easy after you do it a few times, but instead of turning your thread into a tutorial, and taking away from your kick @ss Cuda I"ll set up and send ya the process

Did I mention I think your car kicks @ss yet?  :dunno:

G-man, Thanks for the info. The M/T Drag radials are the only tires that I run on the car. They have been on the car for 2 1/2 years and have close to 5000 miles on them. When I went to the track I simply dropped the air pressure from 32 psi down to 15 psi, warmed them up and blasted down the track. When I was done I aired them back up and drove home. As far as suspension it is stone stock 37 year old stuff it rolled off the assembly line with save for some generic replacement shocks on the front and very old air shock out back. Thats it!! No traction bars or traction aids. I do plan on installing Cal-trac bars coming up very soon. I did install subframe connectors that seemed to help the car. Other than slicks the drag radials are about the best tires on the market as there are cars running in the 7s on the exact same tire that I run on the Cuda. :2thumbs:
