I want to be obnoxious

The 408 stroker is in and running.  With it's open headers it sounds like a the beginning drum solo to Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher"  We put some temporary Cherry Bombs on just to drive it around the block. Just a flexipipe and Cherry Bombs sticking out the side.  Maybe 10% quieter but no way I could drive by a cop. I have a 1997 Camaro with twin cats and a chambered Loudmouth exhaust.   I want the Challenger louder than than that and really rumbling at idle.   The only thing I don't care for is raspy tinny pipe sound.

The guy at the muffler shop said if I use 14" Magnaflows I can get loud and low.   Some Flowmasaters have sounded tinny to me.

My Flowmasters are pretty loud and obnoxious and they don`t sound tiiny to me but some guys don`t like how they sound I guess.

  I have 3" system out of headers full length, Flowmaster 40's on the 440+6 and I think it sounds great, no "tinny" sound.......? MEK, did you think it sounded tiny? But loud, oh yeah.
