Helicoil the rocker if that's the case. Thread a new screw in and see if it wobbles.
I have to wonder if there is enough material there in diameter and thickness to support a helicoil without introducing new problems. The helicoil length (I'm guessing on the thread size so correct me if I'm wrong) is "3/8-24 Number of Inserts: 12 Insert Length: 0.562 In" I don't think the pad where the adjuster locates is .500" thick. Maybe try an adjuster from another company or replace that one rocker?

I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

You can cut a Helicoil to any length you need if it's too long. Just clip it off with some good wire cutters. Once it's installed it ain't goin anywhere. Any good machine shop can do that for you for a few bucks.
