72-74 Plastic inserts for Rally Fender scoops

Hi,

I know reproduction inserts are available but the cheapest I have seen them is $85. Seems pretty steep for what they are. I may end up having to bite the bullett, but I thought I would see if anyone has some kicking around. I have the steel scoop trim but the black plastic inserts are in rough shape. If someone has  a set in decent shape let me know.

Good luck i post this for some to but never got a replie yet.I saw them on ebbb  for 65.00$ but he will only ship whit ups and that good for me in Canada ,Shipping to canada has to be whit post office they have a 5.00$ broker fee,Good luck

I haven't had any on my car since I bought it 7 years ago.  It's not really that noticeable.

UPS sucks for shipping to Canada, I try and use USPS exclusively. Don't pay brokerage fees and if the declared value is low enough you don;t pay tax.

It looks like you have your louvers painted black.  The missing plastic inserts probably aren't very noticable on your car...it the louvers were painted body color I think it would stick out like a soar thumb.  I know they arn't cheap...but IMO they are a must to have.  Luckily I still have my origonals...I don't know if they can be cleaned up enough to look new again though so I may be buying new ones too.
