A is Brake booster , do not connect PCV here , PCV usually connects to the carb base
B is factory temp sender
C is heater hose but needs to be enlarged , it is tapped too small for the factory fitting
D is spare , or mechanical temp guage
E is the dist hold down bolt
the open hole should have a PCV valve in the valve cover & the twist fill cap should be replaced with a breather on the opposite cover to the PCV
