That place is 10 minutes from my house.  It ended peacefully.   I'm guessing it was a disgruntled worker who wasn't happy with the benefits he got.

There was a hostage situation up there yesterday, didn't see or hear how it turned out.

It was approx 200 miles north of me .
As Matt said it ended peacefully this time , I do live in a city of over 1,000,000 people so there is constant drug busts & gang shootings etc .
