What do i do with the door jamb?

I don't know what approach to take with the edge of the rear quarter to the door jamb. Should you use filler or seam sealer?

This is what I plan to use.
The factory did apply seam sealer right along the edge but not overlapping.

do not use fillerit will crack ,good quality seam sealer is what you want there

I agree because there is more flex there than you would think.

Thankyou guys. I was really sweating it there for a bit thinking i was going to have to use filler.
What about the spot welds? just leave them or put a bit of filler over them?
