Parking Lock Issue

Hi,

after the  re-installation of the column tilt I'm not longer able to move the trasmission on the parking position.  The shifter seems to be blocked when I try to pull it on the "P" position.  I guess the issue could be caused by the parking lock or the shifter itself.

Any ideas to how proceed ?

disconnect the linkage & see what is able to move the complete distance , if the tranny will not shift through all 6 gears , or the column will not move through all the gears then you have a btter iudea where the problem is
