     ??? The most un-intelligent question of the day is: Do these have to come out or not? Do the new bushings come as a unit including these?  :P

    Thanks RL, that helps, I am getting things painted up and I have the parts on the way but wanted to be all ready when they get here. I wasn't sure if those sleeves were part of the control arm or not, looks like they are part of the bushing.  :)

     :o Okay 4C, you know better than that, neither of us would ever, I mean EVER drive a Galaxy. Even far far away! You couldn't get far far away anyway, remember found on the road dead? How bout fix or repair daily? Anyway, just joking, may the farce be with you!  ;D

    yes the whole steel sleeve is removed but I think you already found that out
